A very basic way to lift the ball. Start at your ankle – and just roll it up your leg.
For some people, this lift may be EASIER than the Basic Lift that most people use to start juggling.
The KEY to pulling this off is to do it with ENOUGH FORCE to make the ball go up in the air long enough to starting juggling. There MUST be a least a little bit of “airtime” – otherwise you won’t be able to react fast enough.
But for most of you, this should be a piece of cake. Just watch the slow motion carefully if you have any trouble.
