Soccer Trick: Shoulder Bounce
Not really a trick, but just a friendly reminder that you can use your shoulder to add some variety to your juggling.
This isn’t really a soccer trick, but it’s fun, and it makes sense to add some variety to your juggling.
There’s not much to say on how to perform a shoulder bounce. Just try it out. Ideally, you want to get the ball to bounce straight up so just experiment with it. Get comfortable with the ball falling right next to your head.
Two consecutive bounces is excellent. More than two is just icing on the cake.
