Soccer Trick: Scoop Hammer Lift
Scoop with one foot. Push it back down with the opposite foot. Another fun way to start your juggles.
Even though this is a simple lift – it can get frustrating if you don’t get the process clearly in your mind.
As I mentioned in the video:
1) Make sure the “scooping foot” is wedged underneath the ball as far as it will go. It’s OK if the foot is touching the ball before you scoop. In fact, that might be a good idea.
2) Don’t scoop until your swinging foot is at the TOP of it’s swing.
I am willing to bet that most people, after seeing this trick, will not be able to do it right away. So it might be a good one to challenge your friends with.
