Self-training Sessions


For the more mature & highly-motivated students - ones that take the initiative to practice on their own OUTSIDE of team practice, I offer self-training sessions. In other words, you could call this "learn how to practice by yourself" training.

During a self-training session I go over things like:



These sessions are NOT considered high-intensity workout sessions, but instead a learning session to go over some excellent drills to do at home, and also specific advice to improve your self-practice.

It's no secret that great players train on their own time, and not just juggling and taking shots, but doing many various things that, over time, make them "above average" players.

As in many things, the better you become at soccer, the more fun it will be. But, you've got to invest some serious time if you want to be above average. Going to team practice 2-3 times per week is great, but don't expect better than average results. Self-training can make all the difference. I can show you how to make your self-training more efficient.
