Confidence Boost Sessions


Confidence boost sessions are designed to focus on 2 or 3 of the most common scenarios for the player's position (forward, mid-field, defense) and drill those for the entire length of the session.

For defenders:

Focus on trapping oncoming ground/arial balls, clearing, and defending an oncoming player.

For midfielders:

Fine-tune passing, crossing, chipping, and work on changes in direction & ball control.

For forwards:

Focus on finishing, 1-on-1 situations, and aggressive dribbling.


The main purpose for confidence boost sessions is to help the player become extremely comfortable performing the responsiblities of their position, so they can be successful during the game, under pressure.
